Infante Fencing Project (Mansfield)

Uneven fence

This fence was particularly difficult because the ground wasn’t level and the placement was in the water runoff. We installed pressure-treated rot boards at the base of the fence.

If you’re wondering what rot boards are, they are the boards that actually touch the ground. These are recommended to help protect your pickets from rotting. Once the rot boards are installed, we nail the pickets to the top of the rot board. If the pickets are touching the ground, they will rot out very quickly. Ask about how we install a sturdier fence — we can show you why this method makes more sense!

We just had our roof and patio metal roof replaced by Community Construction. Not only does our house look sharp, but the process was painless! Bert and Heather, thank you for a great experience...
