French Fence And Gate Project
Mrs. French wanted an area for her two young daughters to play in. We suggested that we fence in the back of the driveway. Once we showed her the plans we had drawn up, she loved the idea. The plans included a new, custom-built 18-foot black powder coated iron gate. Now her girls would have tons of room to play while being protected by rock-solid, secure fencing. We used a commercial-grade gate opener from Lift Master. The commercial-grade opener is silent and built to last — she loves her new project!
CUSTOM FENCE AND IRON GATE — This is a custom 18-foot, black powder-coated iron gate with commercial grade opener from Lift Master and over 140 linear feet of new cedar board on board with cap and trim fence. Her new fence looks awesome!
PRE-DIPPED CEDAR — Mrs. French went with the pre-dipped cedar cap and trim fence. When we install our fences, we choose to use a top grain, pre-dipped and stained cedar for the entire project. This material does not need to be stained, so there is never a mess once the fence is installed. This is a board on board with cap and trim. Ask us how we construct a fence that will be solid for many years to come!
CAP AND TRIM — The cap and trim is at the top of the fence. This covers the perimeter and the top or “cap” of the fence. This extra step taken at the end can set your fence apart from everyone else. We also install LED solar lights under the cap board which provides beautiful cascading light that highlights your backyard at night for a beautiful ambience!
